CPTx is a genetic medicines company with a mission to make transformative therapies that are accessible to patients everywhere. We use our immune-quiet single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) platform to design in vivo CAR-T that break through the limitations of viral vectors and mRNA.

CAR T therapy has saved roughly 50,000 lives but today's bespoke cell manufacturing does not scale. Addressing scalability and accessibility while preserving CAR T’s transformative biology could improve millions of lives.

CPTx addresses this need by programming CAR T cells directly inside the patient, delivering engineered DNA vectors to T cells via lipid nanoparticles. Unlike mRNA, DNA offers durable expression, critical for treating cancer. Unlike viral vectors, CPTx's DNA system supports redosable and tunable, multi-gene payloads. CPTx has developed purpose-built technology across every layer of the platform: proprietary immune-quiet and duration-controllable DNA vectors, custom LNP formulations, and targeting strategies that direct the payload to T cells. CPTx has shown B cell depletion and tumor killing in vitro and in vivo.

The lead program addresses unmet need in B-NHL, where patients with relapsed or refractory disease often deteriorate while waiting weeks for conventional CAR T manufacturing. Two additional programs are planned as pipeline expansion. The company is vertically integrated with 20+ patent families and proprietary know-how protecting key layers of the platform.
