Submission of contributions

There are different ways to actively participate in the conference: Show your results with an oral presentation, find new project partners by giving a short pitch, apply for the poster award or demonstrate your products in the accompanying exhibition. You can also become a sponsor of the event.

We are looking forward to numerous submissions and your contribution!

The call for presentations is closed. You can find the program here.

A short pitch lets you introduce your company, institute or product and present a project idea or problem in the field of nanocarbons. Each short pitch (or elevator pitch) includes a 5 minute short presentation and 5 more minutes for questions. The goal is to spark the interest of your audience and to convey your main idea. You are welcome to complement your short pitch with a poster or participation in the exhibition. Conference language is English.

There are still two places available for short pitches. Please apply for a short pitch to Stefanie Bertsch.

You can contribute to the event with your own poster and apply for the online poster award. How does the poster presentation work?

  • Please bring your poster in printed form (maximum size is DIN A0) with you to the conference venue.
  • During the conference, please be ready for participants‘ questions. You can discuss your topic in poster sessions and coffee breaks.

Posters can be submitted as of now. Please submit your contribution until February 20, 2023. Conference Language is English. Please get in contact with Stefanie Bertsch.

You can present your company, products or services at the event with your own booth in the exhibition. For questions or to register, please contact Stefanie Bertsch. The deadline for registration is February 20, 2023.
