Hannover Messe 2022

|   NanoGeoTherm Termine

May 30th - June 2nd 2022, Hannover

Technologies for the production and energy systems of tomorrow - under the guiding theme Industrial Transformation - from May 30th to June 2nd, 2,500 companies will present the technological solutions for the energy transition at the Hanover Exhibition Centre: How networked production plants work more efficiently and conserve resources or how energy can be generated and transmitted sustainably – digitally, climate-neutrally and sustainably.

The use of nanotechnologies is becoming increasingly important for achieving the ambitious climate goals. In various industrial sectors, nanotechnology provides more efficient solutions than those available so far. In electromobility, for example, the fuel cell is an important source of power. The bipolar plate is the heart of the fuel cell. By using novel graphite-based composite materials, the bipolar plates become more corrosion-resistant and cheaper. Such a fuel cell will be shown as a demonstrator in hall 2, booth A52.

Another exhibit is a heating element equipped with carbon nanotubes for curing fibre composites. This method allows a more energetically efficient processing of special components through precisely fitted heating. Even mobile use, e.g. for repairing wind turbines, is planned.

Find out about the latest developments in the fields of e-mobility, geothermal energy, energy storage, analytics, antimicrobial equipment, functional inks as well as water and air filtration at the booth of the Cluster Nanotechnology in hall 2, booth A52 - joint booth Bayern Innovativ from May 30th to June 2nd 2022.

In addition, the Cluster Nanotechnology is organising interesting specialist presentations on the tech transfer conference stage in hall 2/A60:
