A competent network in nanotechnology
with participants from economy, science,
politics and teaching.
The shortage of scientific technically qualified specialists impedes the growth and the innovative force of the Bavarian economy. An adequate number of graduates from the so-called MINT courses (mathematics, IT, natural sciences and technology) is therefore particularly important and the early encouragement of new talent is essential. As a result, alongside the transfer of technology and the network and project work, the targeted and sustainable promotion of new talent as well as the encouragement of nanotechnology course content at schools and universities, is a further constituent of the cluster work.
The cluster's promotion of new talent is organised and implemented through Nanonetz Bayern e.V.
